I"ve sầu been taking this over a year. I take it with food và only one tablet instead of the two recommended on the bottle. I vì not have sầu joint pain which I had previously.

The pills are too large. I would rather take two small pills twice a day. I can"t use them and am out $34.00.

I have osteoarthritis & osteopenia. Most recently, I fractured my ankle, which caused additional găng tay on my "good" leg causing pain in my knee và ankle. My doctor suggested that I take Osteo Bi Flex, so I started taking the Triple Strength about 2 weeks ago. Immediately, my stomach began hurting, causing me to even wake up at night with pain. I wonder whether the regular size of Osteo Bi-Flex would be less intense? I do think that I have noticed some improvement in my knee pain but I may have khổng lồ stop taking this supplement due to the side effects. Read More Read Less

Was told by a physician to take this over the counter drug for osteoarthritis. Took the triple strength but only took một nửa of recommended dose because I can be sensitive sầu khổng lồ medication and wanted khổng lồ start out slowly. Shortly after I started taking it regularly I began having an irregular heartbeat & atrial fibrillation. Wore a heart monitor & had it diagnosed. Finally my cardiologist asked me if I had begun taking anything new in the timeframe I had started experiencing the heart problems. I had mentioned this over-the-counter drug khổng lồ three other doctors & they never suspected it. I told her about the Osteo Bi-Flex and she said khổng lồ stop taking it. She actually said, "it probably isn"t it, but stop taking it anyway, just in case." I did và the irregular heartbeat và atrial fibrillation stopped immediately. I had been having heart episodes about every two weeks for a few months that I was aware of. That was over two months ago and I have been fine since.
